The Web Portal contains information which is intended only for the use of the individual or entity associated with the North Carolina Medicaid Uniform Screening Tool (MUST). Any unintended user is hereby notified that the information is privileged, trade secret and confidential, and any disclosure, reproduction or use of this information is prohibited.
The information collected in the MUST instrument is considered to be confidential personal health information. This data is considered sensitive and all necessary protections will be employed to keep the data secure and confidential. All screening organizations and respective employees are expected to uphold North Carolina Division Of Medicaid HIPAA guidelines and their own Agency HIPAA policies. ATTENTION - The login process for PASRR has changed!
- Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is now required. This change is designed to improve account security and protect sensitive data.
- EXISTING USERS Continue to login with the same userid and password. DO NOT create a new NCID without first contacting the PASRR helpdesk. Doing so will prevent login and potential loss of your PASRR history!
